An elegant pair of vintage nightstands likely by Broyhill or Caldwell, dating to circa 1960s. The only marking we have for these pieces is a factory production punch card in which the name of the manufacturer was cut off, leaving only "LL Furniture Company, Lenoir, NC". A little research indicates that it was either Broyhill or Caldwell Furniture Company, Lenoir, NC and both made furniture of this style in that time period. If my memory serves me right, Broyhill was particularly popular in Miami at the time so my hunch points at Broyhill. Designed in the timeless French Provincial style with graceful proportions and classic European-inspired detailing, these matching bedside tables bring a refined, romantic quality to a bedroom. Perfect positioned on either side of a bed, the pair provides convenient bedside storage and surface space while maintaining a beautifully coordinated look. Their classic styling complements French Country, Traditional, Grandmillennial, and collected interiors particularly well.
