Shipping

  • Shipping quotes provided after purchase or upon request prior to checkout
  • We work with trusted parcel carriers, freight companies, and white-glove shippers
  • White-glove service may include room-of-choice delivery, blanket wrapping, and careful handling
  • Transit times vary; delivery may take approximately 4–6 weeks
  • Tracking information provided when available
  • Large, fragile, or high-value items may require additional handling time

Condition & Vintage Nature of Items

All items sold by Hand and Soul Decor are vintage or antique and may show signs of age, wear, patina, and prior use. These characteristics are part of their history and charm and are expected and celebrated.

  • Items are sold as-is unless refinishing or restoration is requested for an additional fee
  • We strive to describe condition accurately and transparently
  • Additional photos or details are available upon request
  • Variations in color, patina, texture, or minor imperfections are not considered defects

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted
  • Please review measurements, condition descriptions, and photos carefully before purchasing
  • Questions are always welcome prior to purchase

Damaged Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Retain all original packaging materials
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
  • We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue when applicable

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once shipping arrangements have been made and/or the item has left our warehouse.  Cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe an error has occurred.
