Yes. Strategic markdowns may be recommended over time and are discussed with consignors.
Can I consign a full home or large collection?
Possibly. Full or partial collections are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and depend on space and demand. If you have a full home we can discuss the possibility of having an estate sale especially if you have time constraints.
Do you pick up items?
Pickup and delivery options can be discussed once items are accepted. We offer affordable local pick-up through our third party delivery company.

Most items are eligible for trade pricing. Discounts vary per piece and volume of items being purchased. Some exclusions may apply.
How long are holds honored?
Trade holds are available for up to 48 hours.
Can I request sourcing for a specific project?
Yes. Sourcing requests are welcomed and handled based on timing and availability.

Rental & Staging
What is the rental rate?
Rental is 25% of the purchase price for up to 5 consecutive days.
Can rentals be extended?
Yes. Additional days may be negotiated depending on availability.

Can I purchase a rented item?

Do you stage non-historic homes?
Yes, though our specialty is older and historic properties.
