Antique large wooden dough bowl, also known as a trencher bowl, dating to the early 20th century. Hand-carved from a single piece of wood, this generously sized bowl features a warm, timeworn patina with rich grain and authentic wear consistent with age and use. Traditionally used for bread making and food preparation, it now serves beautifully as a decorative centerpiece, fruit bowl, or rustic accent in both traditional and modern interiors. A classic example of early utilitarian craftsmanship with enduring character.
Measures 39" long, 16" deep, 7.8" tall.
This is an antique. It is in good antique condition. There are a couple of stitches that have fallen apart. Wear and tear is consistent with age and use. See pictures for details.
